Cancellation/Late Policy

To hold your appointment, you must put a credit card on file.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the cost of your services.

No shows will be charged 90% of the cost of your services.

Please text or email if you think you will be more than 5 minutes late. If you arrive after the 5-minute grace period, we may have to reschedule or remove some services (if getting multiple services)
